What I mean by “Sacred" Energetics:

We are guided by the Feminine Mysteries of the Rose. This is ancient womb wisdom remembered. We work with the deep primordial current of the Divine Feminine Earth Energy and the Divine Masculine Light. This is a space to somatically learn about our relationship to these Universal Powers above and below us.

Through energetic practices, we unify and integrate Holy Sacred Union into our central channel (sushumna nadi).

Kundalini Dance™ (Chakra Alchemy) is a sacred embodiment practice inviting authentic expression through movement, breath and sound.

Each dance becomes a transformational process of deep presence and self-healing. It is a lightly guided ecstatic dance journey that ables the freedom of ones own bodies expression, with support of guided breathwork tools and movements to open each Chakra (energy center) and clear a channel for Life Energy (Kundalini) to flow more freely through.

Breathwave™ -This is a ceremonial approach to Breathwork. It is a gentle yet powerful approach, cultivating the ability to access the parasympathetic nervous system and achieve homeostasis (rest and integrate). This practice is done laying down, where we activate a circular breathing style that enlivens our electromagnetic energy within us, and opens the pathways for freedom within.
